Delete your AgriTrade account

Option 1: in the app (immediate)
- Open AgriTrade and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete forever.
Option 2: by email
If you can't use the app, email chklsudharshan@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my AgriTrade account", from the email address you used to sign up. We will confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email, phone number and address
- Your sign-in (Google or email/password)
- Your listings
- Chat messages you sent
- Ratings and reviews you gave or received
- Your notifications and notification tokens
- Your Verified Trader badge
What is kept
Records of past booking requests and conversations that another user took part in stay available to that user, so they keep their own history. In these records your name is replaced with "Deleted user", your phone number is removed, and open requests are cancelled. Nothing in them identifies you.
Deletion cannot be undone.
